Winter wafts away

I took this photo early today, before reading a post here at the Blood Red Pencil. A little haiku seems like a nice way to finish off the week.

    It's spring? It snowed most of the day yesterday and started again this morning. But it's spring snow that melts quickly. I'm hoping sunshine will soon be in our forecast. Thanks for sharing the flowers.

    Beautiful pic! I was thinking of planting some thrift, but I think I might see if phlox will grow here--I love that shade of purple-blue.
