The scene of a retirement party. Okay, if anyone ever asks, I'd be delighted to retire right here! |
Had to send this guy back. But a couple of his grown up brothers made for an impromptu supper on the grandparents' deck. Summer is not over yet folks! |
Sentinels in the fog. |
Over looking the 9/11 Memorial Service |
I'm late in posting this. But it needs no words. |
Did I say it's not Fall yet? Tell it to this guy. |
Hope you are all having a great week.

I think the photos are great!
No idea on the caterpillar. He looks like he'll become a really nice butterfly though. If he lives...
Your pictures are amazing. The quality from an IPhone astounds me constantly. Now ANYONE can take a decent photograph:) That caterpillar is gorgeous. No ideas on what sort of butterfly he'll be, but I understand you not liking him on the parsley.
The leaf is gorgeous Liza! Always love your photos. :)
I don't know if you follow the blog Unicorn Bell or not. They are accepting submissions this week of your query. There is a guideline posted at the end of last week on how to submit and the email address. I remember you posting something a while back about your query. Perhaps it would be worth it to have other people with query experience weigh in.

I hope it helps if you decide to give it a whirl. I submitted mine and they really whipped it into shape!!!
These are fabulous pics!! The leaf one alone is gorgeous!!!!
Hope you had an enjoyable Tuesday!!
(It's Wednesday now!) Take care

Photos are good, too :) No worries! Even posting at all is a big win some weeks.
I second Robin on Unicorn Bell. It's been really helpful. Go for it!
You're much too humble. These pictures are all terrific. I especially like the leaf and the caterpillar. Whatever kind he is, he's a beauty.
Your phone takes some pretty good pictures. Pretty leaf.
That leaf is beautiful. I still say the caterpillar is a swallowtail because... I looked it up in my book. Besides the monarch caterpillar has yellow, black and white stripes with a pair of little black feelers at both ends.
I love looking at your pictures; they always remind me of home (MA). And wow! That leaf is gorgeous!
